Paralegal and Client Communication Coordinator
Lillian is a native Texan and Austinite, who holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sustainability and Geography with a certificate in Law, Politics and Government from the University of Texas at Austin. She spent her undergraduate years focused on gaining an interdisciplinary perspective of her seemingly technical major, which sparked her interest in racial geography and intersectional environmentalism. On her mission to advocate for protection of both people and the planet, she was fortunate to gain a research position under professor and author Dr. William Kelly who specializes in the sociology of criminal justice. Together, they are in the discovery process of his seventh book, which focuses on the many factors that influence one to commit a crime, mainly the close relationship between environmental factors such as pollution and historically racist zoning laws, and neurodevelopment. With previous experience as a clerk for a business litigation firm under her belt, Lillian found herself at Ellwanger Henderson where she hopes to build upon her knowledge of the law and further her passion for advocating for others.
